It was a great honor to be selected as the charity of choice by the Downtown Middleton Business Association for this past weekend’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Fireman’s Park. We are extremely grateful to all of the area businesses, city officials and good neighbors who make this great event and so many others like it possible.
To those who contributed household items, food and cleaning supplies to benefit the house and our guests– thank you! These are all items we use on a daily basis in an effort to provide the best home away from home as possible for our visiting transplant families.
We have now hosted transplant families from at least 21 different states and as far away as Calgary, Canada. In a time of tremendous physical, emotional and financial challenges, these families from all parts of Wisconsin and beyond have come to call Middleton their home away from home while in search of a second chance at life through the miracle of transplantation. Thank you all for being such Good Neighbors!
